

Yoga and Wellness Retreat at Naturhotellet Petersborg

Enjoy a weekend of peace and well-being in beautiful nature, with lots of nourishing yoga and immersion in Chinese medicine and its beneficial effects. Pamper yourself in the lovely outdoor wellness area with wilderness bath, ice bath and sauna gus (guided by gus master Julie Mariel). There is the option to purchase a massage. We will sleep in luxurious single-person glamping tents and you will also have access to a large indoor area.

Yoga, Wellness, and Chinese Medicine
We welcome the summer with a weekend dedicated to deepening your practice of yin/yang yoga and holistic well-being through the teachings of Chinese medicine on meridians, the five elements, and practices such as acupressure for home use.
You will be inspired to incorporate the combination of yoga and Chinese medicine into your daily self-care routine and gain a deeper understanding of the connection between body, mind, and health.
In addition to yoga, there will be the opportunity to book treatments such as massage and relax in the wonderful outdoor wellness area, featuring a hot tub, sauna, and ice bath. You will have access to these facilities at designated times over the weekend.
This is an invitation to step out of the hustle and bustle of daily life and gift yourself a weekend where, in addition to the scheduled activities, there will be plenty of time to recharge and enjoy the well-being the surroundings offer.
The retreat will take place at the Nature Hotel Petersborg, located in the beautiful nature of Djursland. Here, you can start each morning with guided meditation and breathwork before yoga, on one of the venue's beautiful terraces surrounded by the trees of the forest. Alternatively, we will practice yoga in the venue's lovely indoor hall.
❂ Catering: There will be delicious and organic meals each day. Emma, who prepares our food, is affiliated with Grobund and focuses on using locally sourced seasonal ingredients while incorporating principles of macrobiotics. Additionally, there will be homemade herbal teas, coffee, and fruit/snacks available throughout the day.
❂ Accommodation: We will sleep in cozy and luxurious single glamping tents, beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and electricity. These tents create the perfect setting for a unique experience close to nature.
There is also a large indoor area where you can retreat and relax.

❂ Nærende yogasessioner, med fokus på at skabe en balance mellem styrke og afspænding. Vi arbejder med at forløse dybe spændinger og skabe mere indre ro. Yogaen er en kombination af hatha- og yin yoga og er i et niveau hvor alle kan være med. Der vil være yoga både morgen og aften og det vil understøtte den læring du får med i workshoppen om kinesisk medicin.
❂ Workshop i de gavnlige effekter ved kinesisk medicin og yoga. Vi skal fordybe os i læren om kinesisk medicin og 5 element teori, hvilket giver en unik mulighed for at fordybe dig i en holistisk tilgang til sundhed og velvære.
Workshoppen vil give dig en dybere forståelse af kroppens energi (Qi), viden om meridianbaner og hvordan de kan harmoniseres gennem kinesisk medicin og praksisøvelser med akupressur.
Du vil bl.a. lære, hvordan de 5 elementer manifesterer sig i kroppen og påvirker vores fysiske og mentale velbefindende.
❂ Udendørs wellness: På Naturhotellet Petersborg er der et dejligt udendørs wellness område, med vildmarksbad, isbad og en dejlig sauna med smuk udsigt.
Sauna, vildmarksbad og isbad inviterer til dybere udrenselse samt ro og velvære til både krop og sind. Det giver dig mulighed for at slippe af med spændinger, forbedrer cirkulationen og giver en følelse af dyb afslapning.
Derudover tilbyder Fysioterapeut Nina Hartvigsen massagebehandlinger, der giver yderligere afspænding og velvære. Massagen hjælper til at øge cirkulation og til at frigive affaldsstoffer.
