Why choose a well-being course?
Are you a professional at an educational institution? Then you may have direct experience with a group of young people where several or a few are having a hard time - or you are following with concern the latest developments reported in the media landscape and analysis centers. Several studies show that a large proportion of our young people in Denmark are not thriving, which is also described as a challenge in many places in the educational world.
The many studies testify to a group of young people who feel stressed, experience anxiety and restlessness, as well as other problems.
In addition, we can see that the young generation today is also challenged by the boundlessness of technology and many factors they must deal with and choose from.
That is why I have developed well-being courses specifically targeted at young people in the various educational opportunities.
The specific theme of the courses or workshops may vary, and I am happy to tailor a course to your specific needs.
Specifically, over the years I have worked a lot on combining collaborative exercises, body/movement and more individual reflection exercises. After a presentation of the day's program, I usually begin the lesson with gentle movement and mindfulness at eye level with the young people.

PRICES
Stand-alone workshop
The price of a single workshop is 5500 DKK (incl. VAT).
A workshop lasts 5 hours including exercises and activities as well as easy and understandable theory at eye level with the target group.
